      <image:caption>About Anne SinclairAfter graduate school, Anne Sinclair worked for sixteen years in the mental health and nonprofit fields.   In 1989, she joined Resource Associates, Inc. of Columbia, South Carolina. Anne has a diverse background in organizational development, strategic planning, problem solving, executive coaching, board development, meeting facilitation, board training, communication skill development, and conflict management through her over 30 years of experience with non-profit organizations.   In addition to her work with Resource Associates, Anne served on Columbia City Council from 1988-2008 including two terms as Mayor Pro Tempore.  ServicesAnne’s skills are valuable in planning sessions, retreats, small group development and executive search guidance and facilitation. She works with local governments, family businesses, partnerships, non-profit organizations and government agencies. With these entities, she facilitates focus groups, assessment interviews and large-group meetings as she guides people through the decision making and planning process. In addition, she provides executive coaching to enable organization leaders reach their full potential. Anne consults with non-profit organizations in a variety of roles. She works with boards of directors in the areas of board and staff development with a focus on the organization’s mission. One of Anne’s particular strengths is in the area of strategic planning and resource development. Anne leads organizations through an in-depth initial process to evaluate the strengths, challenges, opportunities, and barriers of the organization to the ultimate development of a strategic plan that will lead the organization forward. Through this process, she empowers groups to tackle the difficult challenges, resolve the conflicts and mixed priorities, and develop strategies including resource development plans. Education:Anne has a Bachelor of Arts from Winthrop College (now University) and Master’s degree from Clemson University.</image:caption>
